Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller Installation - 2017 Cadillac Escalade- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look and installing the Redarc brake controller on a 2017 Cadillac Escalade. Now there's two different configurations of the Redarc brake controller available and it's really gonna be dependent on how many axles your trailer has that you plan on towing. If you have one to two axles, you're gonna want to go with Tow-Pro Liberty. Now if you have three axles, you're gonna wanna step that up to the Tow-Pro Elite. I think the best part about the Redarc brake controller and I recommend it to a lot of people because it has such a small real estate here, you get all the same functions of a normal brake controller and you may say, "Well, it doesn't have a screen like one," and you don't really need that screen. You can still adjust your gain just by turning the knob here. more

Hi there Escalade owners. Here in our 2020 Cadillac Escalade, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install REDARC Tow-Pro Liberty trailer brake controller. In addition to the trailer brake controller we're also gonna be using REDARCS custom wiring harness which is gonna allow us to plug our controller in as well as REDARCS in-dash mount, which gives us a location to more easily integrate the button into our dash. And this is what our brake controller looks like when it's installed. It's just our little switch here. This is everything that we've got for our controls. more

Trailer Brake Controller Installation - 2009 Cadillac Escalade- Video
Today on our 2009 Cadillac Escalade, we're going to be showing you how to install the Tekonsha Voyager. This is a proportional electronic brake controller, good for up to 4 axles. Part number on it is 39510. The Voyager's a nice, simple, easy-to-use brake controller. Basically, what we've got is power settings on the right side of the controller, so for smaller trailers, or when our trailers are unloaded, we'll turn that sensitivity down to where we just barely have any change at all in the color of our light. As our trailer gets heavier, we have a need for extra braking power, we just rotate that dial away from us, and that will increase it, as you can see. more

Its part number is TK90160. The Primus IQ's a proportional brake controller. It's designed for use with up to 3 axles, and has a lot of great features that really can come in handy. Trailer Brake Controller Installation - 2009 Cadillac Escalade 90195- Video
Today on our 2009 Cadillac Escalade, we're going to take a look at and show you how to install the Tekonsha Prodigy P3, proportional trailer break controller for 1, up to 4 axles. Part number on it is 90195. Now the P3's proportional setup is really going to help us out in many different situations, whether it's an emergency braking situation where we really need maximum force immediately. The P3 picks up on that and it's going to send that power back to our trailer, right up to whatever level we have it set at. If we're just in stop and go traffic, and we're just lightly applying the brakes here and then, it's also going to sense that so we don't have to worry about the wheels on our trailer lighting up or dragging our truck down a lot when we just want a little bit of braking power to be applied. Now you can see here on the bottom, we've got a manual override lever. This is going to allow us to manually apply our trailer brakes in the events that we need to. Nice thing about is no matter where we've got our output set, when we reach down in the panic situation it's only going to go up to that number for us. more
